We are filling our bills since 2 year from 2016. But meter reader does not come on time and after filling the billing reader took the reading and said u have to pay 10000 bcz your meter reading is not written this is not our default we are filling regularly it's reader's mistake they not come to check meter reading and now the price of bill is fixed by them
