Dear Sir,
With respect to above subject we had deposit the amount in respect of 11 KVS CT/PT Set. After depositing the amount, a notice had been issued by your department bearing no. D4195 dated 11.10.2017 to purchase the aforesaid set at our responsibility. As per your order we had purchased our own set of 11KVS CT/PT.
Earlier we had make an application to your local department which is situated in Beawar along with all the necessary documents.
Please refund our deposit money along with the interest or adjust in our electricity bill as soon as possible.
