Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — respective charges in bill no.[protected]

I have a domestic electric connection providing by ajmer vidut vitaran nigam ltd, i have received a bill in wich charged a huge amount irrespective charges of a rs 12575/=in bill no.[protected] which is not related to my kno[protected]. Please correct my bill no.[protected] before the due date of bill 08/08/2017 so that i capable to credit it on due date to avoid from the penalty amount of rs 593/=
