We have domestic electricity meter connection and the meter is not working because its screen damage due to rain and weather.From last 10-12 months we are getting bill of[protected] rupees whereas we are consuming only a few units of electricity that costs around 400 rs.

I humbly request you to change the meter as soon as possible and send us the feasible amount of bill.
