Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Unexpected electricity bill

In our new house we get minimum electricity bill but last month we got high electricity bill. Our meter is also working well. Meter reading was too less. We didn't get hard copy of bill due to covid pandemic. We paid our bill online. Please solve this problem immediately.
