Got my connection in september

January bill 10 units less than hundreds rs
March bill 490 units 3500 rs bill
May bill 50 units 250 rs bill
July bill 4550 units 33000 rs bill

Also had to pay 33000 for a new electricity connection in rural area like kekri of ajmer district.

Very unusual fluctuation with bills. I heard that area is privatised
