Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — wrong and unnecessary charges applied to honest consumer | |||
Dear sir/madam, I received my electricity bill for june 2018. In that bill rupees 1109 was charged under (14. Anay dey/jama code nigam rashi). When i enquire about that the aro told me that audit was done for the year 2015-16. In that it was found that your meter was not working and they took average of 50 units. So all together it comes 1109. And you need to pay. I have some question as below 1. Why i was not informed that my meter is not working? 2. On what basis the average 50 units were taken? As my meter reading never crossed 50 in last 5 year when it was working fine. 3. When my meter was under not working condition then on what basis 200 unit bill came for the month of june 2016 similarly 105 unit bill for september 2016 & 128 unit for nov 2016? 4. Without consumer knowledge which audit was held and how come it can be forced to pay extra amount in the name of audit? 5. When all the bills were paid on time with some meter reading then how can it is possible that my meter was not working? 6. I am attaching all the bills and other needed information which i mentioned here in this application.
