Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Wrong meter reading and extra fixed charges

With reference to above subject i want to inform you that we always face issue with our bill. They put some extra charges by there own. They don't have the effective method to calculate the reading, by which poor can suffer by the extra charger. During this month bill they charged 920/- rupees as fixed charges. However, they have mentioned total unit use as 281 and according to that fixed charges is only inr 460/- (230*2) instead of inr 920. So, request you to reduce our bill amount or adjust the same in next month bill.
