Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — wrong reading and wrong pay charge from avvnl savina | |||
Sir, A 3 phase meter has been installed in our house (Udaipur) last year, and old meter has been taken with avvnl person, still reading feeding in electricity bill is not from new meter, they are feeding wrong reading and charged according to their adjustments, case of last to last month they print '0' unit in bill and charged rs 4483, and this month they have not given bill and messaged us of bill payment of 39498rs almost 5100units, sir this is beyond our thinking that how a household person can spent this much of electricity as we haven't got beyond 852 units before, this is complete negligiency and poor work from savina power house, also after one year they have not updated to avvnl ajmer regarding new 3 phase meter, kindly look into the issue and correct the readings from last one year with this month on urgent basis, otherwise we have to take this issue in consumer forum. How much time take for new connection, we paid demand of Rs. 30, 000/- in Feb. 2019 but in the month June 2019 approach to AEN/JEN but still need 15 days. They don't have labour even service connection wire.

I want you to please tell them to have fix timings of electricity cutoff. All the people are very disturb due to untimed stoppage of electricity.
Also they always say that it will come in an hour but doesnt.
