Its been Months of Going Back and Forth and struggling to get my Electricity Bill corrected.
If you will see the correct BILL Reading mentioned in Picture taken by Authorised Electricity department person, It is 12825. However someone from department took incorrect reading and generated incorrect Bill reading as 13796.
The same has been written by Electricity Department Personnel on Bill that Bill has wrongly been captured. See attached Bill picture. We have already went multiple times to Office and no action has been taken yet. Please correct the Bill reading to 12825 and regenerate the BILL so that we can pay the BILL immediately.
Its so bad that because of your mistake we have to visit your Office multiple times and still no action is being taken.
I would want revised electricity BILL as soon as possible.
