I am an owner of flat number c - 712 of ajnara integrity, raj nagar extension, ghaziabad. Possession of flat taken on feb. 12th, while registry of flat to my name took place on 31st dec. 2015 and enter into flat with bag and baggage on 25 th of march, 2016.This is 2 bhk flat, also provided one kid's room.Out of two bathroom, one attached with main bed room has problems of water logging because of defective flooring of bathroom, as water instead of going to the drainage system, accumulates in opposite side.Second bathroom also gives great headache as either plastic pipe line, used is broken somewhere or flooring is improper and not upto the mark, resulting dampness/ seepage to the other side of wall of main bed room, wall of bedroom is completely water soaked, resulting considerable threats of damages to wall/ wooden flooring/ painting.I am sorry to say staff of project as well as maintenance divisions are not co operating to resolve the problems. It would not be out of context to mention that i had to run piller to post despite of my advancing age, as i am sr. Citizen of 68 years age . To resolve my problems i met to mr. Robinson as well as contacted number of times with mr. Mukul but no use. Though, mr. Mukul. Promised to pay visit on site, but proven to be a fake promise. Maintenance division too did not responded in this matter. Seeking, no other option, i am too use this forum to raise my voice, with the hope, seniors/ high handed management, will surely pay attention to get my problems resolved at an earliest.
