I have booked a plat in Ajnara Le garden O1205 in year 2016.
My flat is still not ready. I have paid F&F amount asked by them in Feb 2022 but still flat is not ready and now they are asking for additional charges that too after my several meetings and emails which is illegal. Also they are asking for Pratikaar charges which was informed us to not pay during our last meeting in their office.
Also they are not giving us the Pre-EMI...

I booked a flat unit E-502 in the Ajnara grand heritage project in 2015 and paid them Rs 8, 24, 000 of which receipts are attched, it was booked through Investors clinic. i applied for loan and loan was rejected by the bank, i approached Ajnara as well as Investor clinic . But everytime Ajnara demanded some paper or the other and never refunded me always said we will refund your amount in total .On the other hand investor clinic said its you and Ajnara and we are out of this. Now that its been 8 years and you can understand how mind toiling my journey would be .

Dear sir/mam,

Currently our society is filled up with plenty of stray dogs and the no. is increasing on daily basis. Most importantly they are aggressive in nature and attacking our kids.

Hence request the authority to catch these dogs and take them away from our society to some safe homes and relieve us from this nuisance.

Out of many such incidents occurred earlier, the incident occurred on 16th June was horrific. A small boy was attacked by few stray dogs and had to go through a major plastic surgery. Sharing an image for your reference.

Hence out of panic and out of precaution we have stopped our children from playing.

Hence humble request to the authority to help us by catching and transferring these dogs from our society to some safe dog homes.

Please help us to get rid of street dogs in Ajanara Le Garden society, sector 16 B greater Noida West, Noida extension, Gautam Buddha Nagar-201318. Dogs are making nuisance, attacking childeren & olders, littering in front of houses and many more. They are entering the floors and spreading the dustbin contents everywhere. They are also spoiling the cars by climbing them. They are very dangerous for society.

Its been 9 years of following up with Ajnara regarding a home loan cancellation as possession was not given on time. Ajnara has fraudly taken my sign, transfer the prooerty to anither party and given me a document stating loan is settled and i can collect noc from bank. Bank refused to provide me noc . After endless follow up I am standing as a defaulter. Infact down payment of 5 lakh rupees was never returned to me. Need help with ckeaning this home loam from my name and getting my hard earned 5 lakh rupees back to me.

I Have purchased flat C-105/A in 2016. As per allotment letter, i was entitle for covered parking space, But till date in last 7 years, they have not alloted me my parking space.

They are giving parking to all new customers and not allotting to old customer who are already residing in building

This is in reference to the Ajnara le garden project Phase 3 Unit M 504 tower . I have purchased the house in 2016 and still I have not get possession . Please let me know When I will get my house possession .

I have apt on I tower in le garden . I have paid all amount and waiting for possession but no possession has given and flat has finished yet . Please complete the flat and give the possession . Now I have no contact of anyone Ajnara

Despite multiple notifications and requests to maintenance department of Ajnara GenX regarding faults in the water tank on the roof. It has been leaking for months and water has started seeping into our home which is on the top floor, just below the water tank. It has destroyed our wood work and is causing mold formation in the house. We have contacted the maintenance office multiple time but they have only procrastinated the issue.
We believe they dont have any intentions of fixing it and violating their agreement

i had booked Home in Ajnara Le garden; tower N during the period of[protected]. they had promissed that they would hand over the home with in 2 and half year. Now[protected] has alrady been passed and ajnara has not laid down even a single bricks on the constrcution site. i has shown that tower had been constructiong and its was constructed till 5th floor and there is no change in status quo. now i am feeling very helpless. and want my money back.

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in the project Panorama F1 in year 2013 .. looking as will get the possession as stated in 3 yrs, it is to state the the possession of flat is not yet done and it doesn't seem will be done.
So request to kindly refund my amount .

I am also a victim. Booked a unit at Ajnara Panorama around 2016. Continuously paying the pre emi / emi til Sep 2022. But now on 29/09/2022 I heated the Ajnara india Ltd has gone into insolvency.

I have book the flat in 2016, i have made all of the payment before the possession date but still flat hasn't been delivered.

Whenever I tried to reach Ajnara staff then always they are asking me for more funds

I am unable to pay anything... I have already made the complete payment dated 13th December 2017 but still possession not been done.

They are harassing me by asking more and more payment which is illegal because there is no payment due from my end.

Mr Satish, Mr Saxena, Mr Brijesh, Mr Anand and Gaurav chaudhary and everyone is forcing me to suicide or pay whatever company is asking for.

Please help me... I don't want to die.
I'm just 36 years old... From last 5 years i'm struggling but no hope no help yet

I, Mr. ishwar thawani, owner of Ajnara Panorama G 2001, have been waiting for the possession of my above mentioned flat. i have made a payment of 29.21 lacs and yet havent received any possession where it was promised to deliver the flat in January 2019. I have been regularly visiting your site and office at Sector 63, Noida and everytime i am misguided and deluded by Mr. Satish and Mr. Sunil.
upon visiting the site yesterday, Mr. Kapil told me that Ajnara India Ltd. will give me another unit in another tower A, B or C against my unit but after reaching there, Mr. Kapil asked me to make a payment of Rs. 10 Lacs to get the possession to a ready to move unit.
I fail to understand where is my fault here. despite of the payment, i havent got my flat and such delusional answers. please resolve this matter else i will escalate to higher authorities.

Rs. 5000 are been asked by maintenance dept. of Ajnara Homes, Noida extension as I have started doing interior work in my flat.

Earlier this was just Rs 1000. Please check why this high amount is been charged.

Hi,

this is to bring in to your notice that I have flat in Ajanra Integrity Tower N 2305. Builder promised and as per builder bar agreement they were supposed to give possession by Dec 2020. But till now the builder is incomplete and they do not have Compliance certificate & OC.
Now builder saying no money to complete tower and he is giving illegal possession to various flats without OC basis on payment.

While as builder is not having money, he is not co-operating even to completion of tower via section 8, and giving excuse everyday with some or other mean to avoid sec 8.

Even some of his close people ( Deepak Arora, Sachin Gupta, Yatin) forcing people to pay interim moneyto builder for completion of flats and also given possession to people without OC on payment

need urgent help in implementing Sec8 here

It is 2022 and concerned staff informed that delivery has been pushed again from 2022 to 2023. I have been hearing similar message since 2017. No longer can trust the front end staff's wording... and senior staff members like Mr Rajdeep Saxena never pick phone. It is increasingly becoming unclear whether builder is really interested to complete the project OR need to take a legal course of action.

This mail is to bring in your kind notice that I booked a flat in 2016 in Ajnara Khelgaon with a booking amount of Rs 50, 000 (Cheque No - 548817, SBI Dt - 15/08/2016), the Unit No was 2306 (Tower - P). I had a high hope and dream of having my own house in Delhi NCR which is a big achievement from any mid or small town person.

All my dreams got shattered when I came to know that the project is not getting completed and I won't have that house. Also it lost the opportunity to buy a new house in some other project as prices were not the same till the time I waited.

I visited the Ajnara office 10-12 times situated in Sector 63 to get the refund of my booking amount but never got the satisfactory response and getting the money became a dream now.

I am writing this mail and expecting the money to get refunded with interest on the prevailing rate as this money would have been utilized in some other creative purpose. This is a request from a common man whose livelihood is his meager salary and having a dream of his own small house.

I Hope the management of Ajnara will consider my request and refund my money. I am ready to come and collect the cheque, also I am enclosing my canceled cheque if online transfer is getting executed.

Kindly let me know at the earliest for the refund.
