For getting wood work done in my flat we have a refundable deposit of 10000 as security...they insist for 1000 rs more as charges from contractor, which obviously I paid...when Iam paying maintenance charges for use of lift and security why 1000 rs needs to be paid..it's a wrong way of income generation by lotus maintenance... should be discontinued

Our Office SF-14 in Ajanara Arcade Crossing Republik. We got possession in 2016 January . in month of june they decided to give water point and drainage point for shop, and they broke our floor and wall, give points and still did not repair . made complaint many time but no response from maintenance . Very poor services .
