I m a owner of ajnara le garden e1304 and my bp no is [protected]. I shifted one month before and tried customer care igl and control room but they refuse to install meter. They told me that it is the responsibility of project. I called to maitainance head but no solution found.
I request to take action immediately for my igl issue.

    Hi,
    I am rishu
    I booked a flat in ajnara integrity in rajnagar extension o-506. However, due to personal reasons i had to cancel the booking in the month of march.2019 and all relevant cancellation document handed over to ajnara office on may-2019. Ajnara was to return back the invested amount of 181000 inr within 6 months, however i have not received any amount from them and its been over a year now they have stopped picking up my call.

    In this difficult times of covid 19 job is also not stable and i am single earner of my family as my dad is no more.

    Please forward this mail to the concerned authorities so that i can get my amount back.
    Please suggest me mail id of higher authority to be contacted and taken help in this matter.

      I booked the apt l-1407 on april 3rd 2014 with a planned possession date of apr 30th 2017 (3 years after the project).
      During june 2019 i received the offer of possession and to pay the final amount, after multiple clarification and getting incorrect files paid the final amount on aug 24th 2019.
      As per the contract the apartment should have been handed over in oct 2019. However the apartment is not ready and even after making multiple calls no details on the final date of possession.
      All i hear is reasons of the delay, i am not sure how a project planned to finish is not complete even after 6 years. The people responsible amit and aditya are completely irresponsible and don't even share the details to complain higher up.

        Sir I have two booking at ur ajnara khel gaon project. One villa A53 booked in 2016 and flat C1203 booked in 2018.i got news that this project is closed by company. I didnot get any information from the company. Ajnara gr. If it is closed what will happen to my booking and money I deposited. Please inform. Thanks

          Dear all
          I booked a flat with 80 percent payment was done in ajnara integrity phase 2raj nagar extension on march 2018 and they promised to handover the flat on december 2018 now there is a delay of almost a year and the flat coordinator executive mr sunil is not giving us a exact date of possession and dragging us for offer letter of possession from ausgust 2019 and his manager sudhir rao chaudhary is not picking a call for once and i am staying out of india it is a big hastle for me to call and meet them again and again please take a quick action on this issue

            I booked flat in 2014 and now they are sending me final possession letter (10/12/2019). The flat was supposed to be delivered in march 2017. My entire payments were done by bank icici. To escape the late penalty charges for delay, they have put wrong demand dates in the letter for previous demands and charged 1lac as interest to me, i tired to call and email my concerns but no one from the company is responding. Please let me know how to esclate this.

              Respected sir,
              I am nreependra kumar inspection engineer from igl my work is in progress in ajnara homes block l (407, 506). When i went for inspection process at entery gate your one security person saying that entry is not permissible i asked why he said that i have no number to communicate with customer. I said him in this room my work is in progress why u give him permission for work he was saying that u didn't asked cross question and he said that u get out from here and many other things very badly. These things happen in 5:30 pm approximately. Is it way of conversation process with vistor. These types of things i never face before.. Please advise him how to talk with person

                I have booked an unit with ajnara integrity phase -2 tower n, rera id - upreraprj5611. As per sales team the registry was suppose to done by sept 2018 (Message and voice recording available). But still there is no progress regarding the same. Also there is no sign of progress on the unit after 1 years also.

                As i am out of india and not getting any update from your sales teams so i had to visit india several times for the same which cost me a lot.

                You are requested to look in to the matter and provide the solution.

                  My name is shiv dubey c/o manoj kumar c707 ajnara le garden. This is complaint regarding ajnara maintains guys and mr. Pankaj dubey who is send me wrong electricity bill every times, whenever i asked him for my detailed bill he ignore and always says bill to dena hi padega, also i asked many time about my electric meter for last 4-5 month but sill not get any response from them,
                  Very worst service of them, i have lots of problem of them. They are irresponsible.

                    Really frustrated
                    I m staying at b block 305 a ajnara homes greater noida extension and
                    Doing continious followup to maintain ce office regarding cable wire problem related to tv from last 2 months. They always say project team will come after lunch.

                    My family is now frustrated without tv, specialy my mom dad they spend there time in watching tv

                    Pls take necessary action asap

                      In june 1st week, i did my final payment (Through cheque) against my flat booking in le garden project of ajnara india. Also, a week later - i also did the stamp duty payment (Through neft) in order to get possession.

                      However, ajnara person informed me (In email) that the cheque has got bounced and that i need to complete payment by another cheque or neft. As per my information from my bank and account statement, there has been no cheques submitted to them in the month of june. To summarize, the cheque never reached my bank.

                      Also, it has been repeatedly happening and i also went to their office for receiving the so-called "bounced" cheque. They did not find it owing to some excuses they made.

                      Personally, i am not sure if they misplaced it or what. But i am adamant on finding the whereabouts of that cheque to know its current status. Its been a month since i deposited the cheque to ajnara, and i have called them over 50 times now to push them in giving my "bounced" cheque back.

                      Proposed solution: i have asked them to email me that they have lost the cheque. Based on that, i will stop cheque and do neft instead. However, they seem to be reluctant for that too.

                      I also called my bank customer care to query for any bounced cheque, but there was none.
                      I deposited two cheques dated 16th August in favour of Lotus Maintenance Servives and handed over the cheque to Mr. Harish Sharma whose photo with receiving seal was given to me. After 2 weeks I enquired for invoice against same, then one invoice was issue to me and for another, they said my cheque has bounced which I could not believe. Never ever had in my lifetime.
                      Anyway I asked to send me back the bounced cheque along with reason from bank to bounce it. Till date I am following up with this gentleman but no result.
                      Today I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the said cheque has not been presented to bank. What does it mean?? A big question mark ??? It shown the management of the work and control being exercised at Ajnara office.

                      Simply what I understand, they might have misplaced the cheque and now giving no response against the mail or call.

                          - i have brought a flat in ajnara le garden. I can challenge that you can drill a hole in the wall just by a bit of pressure with a finger. Such a bad quality of plaster
                          - maintenance is also very poor (Credit goes to jll), their staff members are rude (Once they even replied "jao jo karna hai karlo")
                          - local repair persons and construction fabricators are hired from the nearby village only regardless of standards
                          - only the front buildings had well-furnished facade rest of the buildings are like basic builders who just did its homework.
                          - no clubhouse till i don't know how many years, and they've given a 2 bhk flat for the gym where the condition is pathetic as toilets are like chowls there.

                            I am nitin saini & booked one flat under name of my wife pinki saini your ajnara inergrity project in raj nagar extn ghaziabad as per our agreement till possession my pemi pay by builder. But still not receive my pemi from sep'18 to dec'18.. I am also contact with umang arora (Accountant), banking @ajnara.com and sudhir chaudhary.. Only umang ji gave time again & again instead of positive response..

                            We the residence of Ajnara le garden since 6months but no electricity metre has been working. Electricity bill always shows in negative even though it get recharged and no 1have been at home. Water drops in the washroom (complaints raised 5 times but no resolution since 3 months).

                              Hi, I have booked a flat in D tower, Ajnara le garden in June-2013.
                              I received a final demand for the my unit to pay the possession charges and they have included an extra charge named as "Pratikar ".
                              This "Pratikar" was never discussed at the time of booking of flat and signing the agreement.
                              i dont have that much money that i can bear these kind of charges now, i am already having a huge homeloan and i know how i am surviving.
                              I requested already to waive off the "Pratikar" charge, please consider my request. Thanks.

                                I have booked a flat at ajnara le garden located in sector - 16 b, greater noida west. The project is laced with world-class amenities such as lavish theme gardens; separate kids play area, convenient shopping area for daily needs, cafeteria, and many others. The project is well-planned and conceptualized for a lifestyle that everybody desires.

                                  Hello guys, i am giving review about ajnara group with my real experience with the builder. They built the apartments with the required quality of materials and never compromise on the quality of the materials used. Their customer service is up to the mark and never makes false promises to the customers.

                                  Going by my experience, i can blindly trust ajnara group and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

                                      I have a flat from ajnara homes (I-804). They had to hand hover my flat in march 2016 but still work is in progress. Now they are taking additional rs70/feet by the name of pratikaar. They raised final demand letter which i had to pay by 14th of august, which i did. At the time of payment they assured me that they will deliver my flat on/before 60 days which has been completed on 14th of october. When i called them not getting the proper response, even they are not reverting my mail. I am giving rent and loan which has become burden for me.

                                      May I know the current status of Ajnara Homes I-804. The final demand letter which i had to give on dated 14/08/2018 and I had been submitted on given date. As per our conversation, Ajnara will hand over my flat on/before 60 days but 60 days has become over and flat work is still is in progress. May I know the compensation for delaying? I think this has become in-practice of Ajnara for delaying each and everything. Please make it sure and try to hand over my flat ASAP...)

                                        Ajnara group is known for building dream homes with really superior design and modern amenities. Quality construction makes its residencies a place worth for investment. I am a resident in one of their projects and the security, ambience and homely atmosphere has admired me a lot. I and my family all enjoy living here and are thankful for everything that ajnara has provided us.
