Ajnara India — Delay in Possession of flat

8/13 west patel nagat ,new delhi 110008.

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in the project Panorama F1 in year 2013 .. looking as will get the possession as stated in 3 yrs, it is to state the the possession of flat is not yet done and it doesn't seem will be done.
So request to kindly refund my amount .
