Ajnara India — delay in registry of my flat b 808

Dear sir,
I received your letter cum demand no. 80091320 dated[protected] for intimation of possession of flat no b808 in ajnara homes. I immediately made the payment vide my letter dated[protected] and requested to get the registry at the earliest. Since april 2017, almost 6 month have passed, neither i have received any intimation of date of registry nor given possession.
Moreover yourselves have received the payment of club charges & society charges etc.in advance which i have not availed due to delay on your part.
In addition to the above, you have adjusted holding charge upto december 2016 but whats about for further 10 months till oct 2017 for no fault on us.
