Ajnara India — unprofessional conduct regarding flat payment | |||
In june 1st week, i did my final payment (Through cheque) against my flat booking in le garden project of ajnara india. Also, a week later - i also did the stamp duty payment (Through neft) in order to get possession. However, ajnara person informed me (In email) that the cheque has got bounced and that i need to complete payment by another cheque or neft. As per my information from my bank and account statement, there has been no cheques submitted to them in the month of june. To summarize, the cheque never reached my bank. Also, it has been repeatedly happening and i also went to their office for receiving the so-called "bounced" cheque. They did not find it owing to some excuses they made. Personally, i am not sure if they misplaced it or what. But i am adamant on finding the whereabouts of that cheque to know its current status. Its been a month since i deposited the cheque to ajnara, and i have called them over 50 times now to push them in giving my "bounced" cheque back. Proposed solution: i have asked them to email me that they have lost the cheque. Based on that, i will stop cheque and do neft instead. However, they seem to be reluctant for that too. Anyway I asked to send me back the bounced cheque along with reason from bank to bounce it. Till date I am following up with this gentleman but no result.
Today I checked with my bank and they confirmed that the said cheque has not been presented to bank. What does it mean?? A big question mark ??? It shown the management of the work and control being exercised at Ajnara office.
Simply what I understand, they might have misplaced the cheque and now giving no response against the mail or call.
