I have received a mail regarding possession of fit out against my flat, with demand of Rs. 5, 05, 085/- and Rs. 24, 000/- approx. to be paid to Lotus services.
I could not understand about this payment as I have already remitted all the payments as per payment plan issued to me at the time of allotment letter and last payment I have to pat is of Rs. 3, 14, 260/- which I have to pay at the time of offer of possession. Apart from this, Ajnara group has to pay me late possession charges, which has to be settled in the final payment at the time of possession. In this regard, I made nos. of calls to MS. BHAWNA SINGH, Mobile : [protected] but she never responded . My son had visited Ajnara office and met to Ms. Bhawna Singh but came back without any suitable response from her. I mailed her all my questions but no suitable reply. Concerned authorities are requested to take attention . waiting for their suitable reply.
