I was on flight QP1120 from Mumbai to Delhi on April 13, 2025, seated at 20F. The man in 20E repeatedly encroached on my space. When I politely asked him to move, he became aggressive. Concerned for my safety, I called the crew. Ms. Renuka responded but shockingly chose to apologize to the man instead of intervening. Despite clearly expressing my discomfort, she ignored my complaint and took no steps to protect me. I was forced to sit through the flight next to an aggressive man with zero support from the crew. This is an appalling failure in passenger safety and basic crew responsibility—especially towards a solo female traveler. Ms. Renuka’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. She clearly lacks the training to manage in-flight misconduct or ensure passenger well-being. I demand strict action and retraining. I will be filing a formal complaint with DGCA.
