I have booked Ticket in Akasa Air for my Spouse and 5 years old Daughter with PNR L8FZKW Flight No. QP-1373 from IXB to Bengaluru while doing the Web Check-in we did not find any Free seats in the Aircraft for Web check-in while contacting the Customer care they informed to select the auto assign seat option which I did and seat was allocated to my Wife in one corner Seat 12 F and Daughter Seat 31 B and being 5 years Daughter how the Airline Management can allocate different seat for 5 years old Kid who cannot travel without Mother Airlines need to change the Seat Policy and should not charge money for seat when we have Purchased the Air ticket why should we pay extra for the seat this is illegal and against humanity Airport Authority of India need to take action on such illegal policy and cancel the seat charges in all Airlines.
