I had booked a courier from Noida to Guwahati on 28th by air at Akash ganga. Since 28th, courier status is being shown as dispatched from karol-bagh centre. I have been following up with Noida and Guwahati branch and there is no confirmed status where the courier is lying and when it will be delivered. This is highly disappointing. I had also written at [protected]@akashganga.info but no response and action. Finally could talk to customer care team after multiple try and got to know that the courier is not traceable. Senior management is not bothered to look into the matter and there is no ticket number given for tracking. People are taking the matter as per their own convenience.
I have wasted a lot of time and mental stress and still have no clue how to get back my things. Was this information helpful? | 
My parents had booked a courier from Purnia (Bihar) to Dwarka sec-22 (N. Delhi i.e. my address) on 6th March 2017 by air through Akash ganga courier.
My courier number is 62630802
This is been 11th day, I did not get my courier yet. While checking on courier tracker status it is being shown as dispatched from karol-bagh centre on 9th March. I have been following up with Karol bagh head office landline number-[protected]/72/73 (though, these three numbers never connects from morning to evening) if onetime by default it connects, your staff sitting in Karol bagh branch (whose name is Santosh, Manoj) always misbehaved with me & my wife on phone, but did not say any satisfactory answered where my courier is lying.
After pleading many times, Karol bagh branch gave me Dwarka/Viakspuri branch number ([protected]) to get the details of my courier. Here, Mr. Rawat was available who have also misbehaved with me and my wife on phone and shouted on phone. His filthy language upset me day & night how can a courier company will talk to me and my wife like that.
I want to bring this matter to you as you are the senior management and will look seriously into this matter.
There were important original documents in that courier.
If I will not get my original documents within three days from now, I can take strict action against this company and will report this matter to police.
This is the first & last time I have used your courier services.
Will ask all friends in social networking website that this company is fraud, cheat and steal anything inside the courier.
I have wasted a lot of time and mental stress and still have no clue how to get back my things.
