Parcel dispatch From Moradabad to secoundrabad but still not deliver its 12+ days to dispatch .

Hi I bought my wedding Chooda from an Instagram page Chura_kalira which is in Ambala, India.

I paid the amount in full 5500 INR. They said they dispatched the package from Ambala but my family in Delhi never received it. After many calls the courier company and Chooda seller made me like a stupid person to call one another.

The courier company delivered it to a wrong place and never tried to redeliver. Their delivery guy also confirmed he delivered it to a wrong place. They took my money and ignored my calls and messages.

I have not received my wedding choora yet and have to get married without one.

Last 3 days courier not received (local courier) even not getting the proper response from the branch office and not getting the received the call.

LAST 3 DAYS COURIER NOT RECEIVED (LOCAL COURIER) EVEN NOT GETTING THE PROPER RESPONSE FROM BRANCH OFFICE AND NOT GETTING RECEIVED THE CALL.

Undelivered medicine, took payment and and not giving proper response., giving us threat so as to do what u want to do, complaint where you want to

The vendor had couriered this, I don't know that there is no service here and the parcel is also returned or not. I don't know if the track is not happening, please I want the parcel

I booked a letter on 16.03.2021 vide consignment note number[protected] through your SHAHDARA office, vishwas nagar delhi to be delivered to PIO EDMC South Zone, Karkardooma Delhi, having some secret information called for from the department under RTI Act.
Tracking shows that the same was forwarded to Karol Bagh on[protected] and returned back by Karol Bagh on[protected]. A phone call was received from Akash Ganga Shahdara Office on[protected] to collect back the letter as it was refused to accept by department by mentioning the reason that proper fee not attached. I was surprised to see when I visited the Courier shop to get back the letter, it was in opened condition. I asked the owner why it is opened which was having secret matter in that, he rudely behaved and said what can I do when the official refused to accept after opening and noted the contents. I said either you deliver or get back up opened if refused he shouted on me that I can no do all this in just Rs. 20/- and said go back I dont have any letter for you.
It is a matter of highly concern and request you to make the required detailed enquiry of the franchise otherwise I have to move to consumer court if no satisfactory reply is received after 3 days of receipt of this complaint.

Courier was sent from srinagar on 13.03.2021 but till date it has not been delivered although it has reached jaipur on 15.03.2021. I called delivery boy but he is not delivering it saying everyday i will deliver it in evening then says tomorrow morning. yesterday night he switched off his phone and morning i called him he didn't pick. I called their office they too are not giving any response

My article was couriered from bandra mumbai on 22nd april with shipment no.[protected] thru akash ganga courier april however after 3 days there was no tracking update except "in transit". Frequent call made to mumbai ro for akash ganga did not yield anything except their response that online update can not available and customer need to call their hyderabad office.

From 25 april onwards - there have been thousand call made to hyderabd only contact #[protected] but staff is not responding by when they can deliever the article to reliance general insurance in madhapur. Most of the time they hangup the call and don't respond. Worst customer service ever. Most of all i would be loosing my insuranece claim if not deleievered in 3-4 days but it does not make any difference to akash ganga.

I wanted them to pay for my claim money loss and mental harassment by them during all this followup. I want to know legal option against akash ganga for their deed.

I had order umbrella and the parcel was delivered through above mentioned courier company, when i received the umbrella it was in a damaged condition that is the handle was broken and now the umbrella is of no use. The [package was done properly but still received the damaged. Kindly refund my courier charges and also pay the compensation for the same.

I have enrolled as a part time job with aakash ganga courier in dec-17 by paying rs 2500/- as refundable amount. Later to my shock, they ask me to
Pay another rs 12000/- again a refundable amount for ticketing, hotel accomdation etc. I was not told about this huge amount earlier. When i said that i was not aware of it they revert that i have to pay this amount. I told them that i can't pay this much & return my registered money of rs 2500/- then they said they will refund it. But since one and a half month i am following up with them and they are not answering. Now they have stop picking and answering my call also. Can someone help in getting my money as past 4 months i have not got my salary and with very difficulty i managed these 2500/- bucks?

Courier company not delivering and asking to collect from their office. Was downright rude and ask to contact headoffice instead o[censored]pdating if they have received parcel or not. Said why should we bother since its my company and not me to whom you have made payment.

Its been 4 days and now they sending back my courier to delhi from jaipur. When i asked them address they gave incomplete address and said i[censored] dont come we will semd this back to delhi immediately.

Please note since payment is already made its their duty to get it delivered. If they dont provide services in my area they should not have taken the delivery. Why delay my consignment!
And why rude to customers?

My courier has not been delivered even after 3 days from the original date that it was supposed to be delivered. On the tracking site It shows that the courier is in transit out for delivery but has not been delivered yet. Don't know why. Please look into this matter as the courier is very important.

I have forwarded a courier from delhi to dehradun... The courier was forwarded to your hub and i was told that the courier would reach dehradun by wednesday afternoon, if not delivered on tuesday.

The tracking is also showing intransit from yesterday, but no signs of delivery.

But still by this time, the courier has not been received at the destination point. I sent the courier only when your person ensured the delivery. Now, if the courier would not get delivered by 9:30 am, the company would be penalized by several lacs and your pathetic company would be responsible.

Not able to connect via phone or mail, mails are bouncing.

A parcel vide doc no.91471782 was booked on 03 aug 2016 from new delhi to jalandhar which was supposed to be delivery within 24 hrs. But regret to inform that till 06 august in was not delivered. I contacted the akash ganga courier, jalandhar on their delivery office phone no.[protected]. One uttam chand received the call from my end & i asked him about the fate of the parcel. He said that delivery boy did not find the location. I asked him there is my mobile no. Wriitten on the pkt. Could have called & asked the location.In reply he said rudely that it is not our duty. For your info my office is on the main road of shantipura, ranjit nagar road, jalandhar as per address. Lot of couriers, postal letters are delivered daily. I requested him to deliver the parcel now but he replied rudely that it will not be delivered now. I told him that i will lodge a complaint against you for your rude behaviour and he replied you can do whatever you want.

What is the fun of the courier if the delivery is so poor.

Kindly look into the matter with g reat concern & take suitable action against the said person and the courier co. For deficiency in service.

I had booked a courier from Noida to Guwahati on 28th by air at Akash ganga. Since 28th, courier status is being shown as dispatched from karol-bagh centre. I have been following up with Noida and Guwahati branch and there is no confirmed status where the courier is lying and when it will be delivered. This is highly disappointing. I had also written at [protected]@akashganga.info but no response and action. Finally could talk to customer care...

My courier no. is 72659801. courier booked date 17/11/15. courier received at karol bagh beedon branch 19/11/15. but still not received. mr. vinod contact no. is [protected] is not responding. mr. manis nd rahul ndd one more madam saying same ans. everyday today i will send. but still courier not received. plz solve my problem.

On 2nd Jan 2015, Friday, we sent a courier from jaipur to ajmer to our client to check the sample who was going out of state on 6t jan, i thought that i being a 110km distance or 2 hour distance between jaipur and ajmer delivery would be done maximum till monday i.e. 5th jan 2014 but its is so disappointing that its still not been delivered When we called them in the morning they asked us to all after ½ an hour. Again when we called after ½ an hour there was no reply from the no. then after sumtym again when we again contacted the no. they rudely say us that the delivery boy had gone to deliver the document. When asked for the mobile number of delivery boy, they again rudely replied that there is no number of the delivery boy. When asked for the reason for such a long delay, they just replied that the boy had not came so the delivery could not be done. We could not understand how you people manage a courier service, if you can not deliver the consignment in time and if there is delay there is NO POLITE EXCUSE but a RUDE RESPONSE. so we sent our person to Ajmer with another set of those samples to approve, due to your non delivery of envelope i would to ask the akash ganga company that if then cannot hire ppl to delivery a courier 100km away on time how can we trust them for far distance and effective services this is very disappointing that such kind o[censored]seless, unprofessional and shameless courier company with 'i don't care' staff is still operational beacuse of all dis situation we faced a lot of problem and want them to suffer for it and demand a compansation towards it for being rude, late and problems me and my client faced because of them. hoping for a quick and positive response.

My brother couriered a document to me from Delhi to Bangalore which was very important for me and i need to submit it. The shipment reached to Bangalore with in 2 days but it is still lying in their office since 3-4 days and tehy are still saying that it will take 1-2 more days.

This shipment reached to Bangalore office on Thursday and till now i have not received it. This is the third time when we are facing it and every time i have to go and collect from their office. Every time their delivery boy gives a new excuse e.g. i came but you were not there or your phone was not reachable which is ridiculous. No other courier service does this. This time also their delivery boy is giving same repeated excuse without coming to my place. When i called their office they are saying that if you want please come to our office and collect else we will deliver as per our own convinience. This clearly shows that these people are making fool of their customers.

I am not sure whether i will get my documents or not as now these people are not picking up the call or if by chance they pick they say that you call our delhi office and check as we are not responsible to tell you the details.

AKASHGANGA courier is making fool of customer or i can say that they are exploiting their customer who trust on them. They should not commit if they can't deliver.

Dear sir/madam ,

I had one consignment on dated on 12/03/2011 from Bangalore to Gangavati (dist Koppal), but till date is not delivered. When i had sent a e-mail given on official web site on dated 16/03/2011, but i had not received any reply from them. It was confirmed by the bangalore office that they are not having mail excess in their office. It is clear case of fraud information given on official website to misguide the customers. kindly do the needful.
