Akash Ganga Courier — Failure of delivery

I placed an order from Akash Ganga Courier Branch (Add: B-44, Pal Mohan Plaza, 11/56, Opp- P. P. Jewellers, N. D. - 05) on 7th March, 15. C. N. No./ Docket No.[protected] Even after passing 4 days they are unable to deliver the parcel. I went their office twice and made many calls. But they failed to give me satisfactory answer.
