I had order umbrella and the parcel was delivered through above mentioned courier company, when i received the umbrella it was in a damaged condition that is the handle was broken and now the umbrella is of no use. The [package was done properly but still received the damaged. Kindly refund my courier charges and also pay the compensation for the same.
