akash ganga couriers — non delivery of parcel

Sir A courier was booked for me from bombay to agra on 25th may. But still i haven't received it as on 3rd june. Consignment no. is 22597390. After 4 to 5 days of booking when I asked the courier person here in agra he didn't gave me a satisfactory reply. He gave me two three nos. and asked me to call these nos. to know about my parcel. Then i came to know that the courier service in agra have already received the parcel on 27th may but they haven't delivered it to me yet. And they are continuously asking me to collect my parcel from there office. It is very shameful that they don't even have delivery boys.
