Non delivery/ no track of courier sendOur Bank I.O.B. Phulpur Branch, Allahabad has sent Speed Post on 06/8/10 vide C.N.No. SPEU[protected]IN from Ghiyanagar Post Office, Allahabad to S.B.I., Motilal Nehru Branch, Allahabad but as on 19/8/10 bank still did not receive envelope containing demand draft. There is no information on delivery track system. The customer care numbers are of no use as either all are engaged and if someone picks up, he gives me another number where I should go.

Never go for Akash Ganga Courier. The courier service as well as customer care service of Akash Ganga are PATHETIC.

I have booked a packet from Panchkula to New Delhi vide dockt no.75552430 on 30th Jul, but till date(10th Aug) there is no trace of the packet. Very poor service and very poor response.
I have sent a courier from Delhi (Daryaganj) to Srinagar on 13-9-11 and as on 21-9-11 there is no information about the packet. Akash Ganga has pathetic service.
My parcel booked on 02/03/2013 to Akash Ganga Courier at Delhi for Jamshedpur against DOC No: 1144980 but till date the material not reached at Jamshedpur. Pls. suggest me what to do. The staff are not listening about my problem.

my relative sent courier on 10/8/13 vide C.N.No. 90122893 from siliguri To gurgaon but as on 27/8/13 I still dont have any information as to where my packet is. The customer care numbers are of no use as either all are engaged and if someone picks up in delhi, he gives me the number [protected] where I should call and the process is repeated n number of times. first time he received my call after that mob switch off or not receive by him. it seems he is not a responcible man. his office is in bhim nagar, gurgaon, the parcle is misplaced by him. The courier was very urgent the akash ganga staff told me the not given to him for delivery.

[protected] I had sent RAKHI (Packet) on 05.08.14 but till date i.e. 12.08.14 there is no news about my parcel. I have been trying to contact them on the phone numbers, mentioned on Akash Ganga Courier web site, but to no avail cause no body picks up the phone. What a bad courier company. People who have suffered because of this bad and worst courier company should come together to shut it down. Very Very Bad experience with this courier company. I will advice to the people not to use such a bad corrier so that it shuts down automatically.

In Madurai, he charged me extra 100 above 500 for the courier from delhi which was to be paid during delivery!! The AWB clearly mentioned 500/- & they clearly said it would be home delivered.
I refused to pay that extra. He tells me not to send anything by Akashganga again!!
Wondering, he owns the company or what to dictate. Public paid service, & such an attitude!
