An urgent courier was shipped to us. Tracked the item online and showed item had arrived arrived on 27 july 2017. Waited till 03 aug 2017 for delivery and went to the office (Fort, mumbai branch). They did not want to search for my item in the big pile of parcels and ask me to wait till the next day. The item did not arrive so i called back more than 10 times but the guy did not attend. He did attend once at 0730 pm and asked me to wait till 0800 pm for a call back. I waited till 0800 pm and called back but he did not attend. Now, as i checked the status online, they are showing the item as delivered at on 05 aug 17. Im trying to call them but they are not picking up my call. My consignment number is k01829897. Please help.
