I have done a transaction on 27th Sep 2022 from my Citibank account using Gpay, to a Merchant at Mumbai of INR 25960. The amount got debited from my account but not credited to the Merchant. We realised it after a week post merchant did account reconciliation. And i had to repayment

Hi,
I have purchased essilor high index 1.74 glasses through a shop and after 3-4 months the glasses are faded then i have asked the shop to replace the same hence the same has been submitted to essilor by the shop owner and now essilor company saying that these were faded due to heat.
I’m regular using those glasses then how came it goes faded due to heat.

This is in reference to my claim being rejected for Bariatric surgery. After being recommended by multiple doctors in light of numerous health concerns such as hypertension, borderline diabetes, sleep apnea, knee pain, back ache, increased nerve pressure in the brain and cornea, etc., did I go for this surgery. Otherwise, practically speaking, nobody would be willing to take such a risk especially during the second outbreak of the pandemic. It was so difficult to find a bed in the hospitals so why would somebody go for a cosmetic surgery. But the sleep apnea problem increased so much that I had no other option left.
For more than 3 months, I had to sleep with the CPAP machine on because without it, it became so difficult for me to breathe in my sleep. In addition to that, I have undergone multiple treatments for the increased nerve pressure but to no positive conclusion. Apart from that, I had started facing problems even while walking because my knees could not handle my increased weight. After having lost all hope, we decided to go for Bariatric surgery as strongly suggested by all doctors the claim for this surgery can be applied especially if the patient has sleep apnea as per IRDA guidelines I have enclosed this ruling as well as my sleep apnea reports for your perusal.
Kindly look into this matter on a priority basis.

Voltas Inverter AC

I have purchased an Voltas invertor AC in May 2018 from M/s Aeromexh chennai . The invoice has not been provided by the shop keeper and I was informed that the product will be registered in the website of the company and waranty can be claimed across the country. Now I have been tramsferred to Vasco Goa and the compressor of the AC got defective. This product was launched by the companybin the year 2018 only and compressor is having the waranty of 10 years.
Now the company rep is saying this product is not registered in the website of company and since I dont have the copy os invoice, the repair can jot be undertaken under waranty.
As the product itself is launched in 2018, and serial no is mentioned in original packing, how company can wash its hand in giving the waranty service?? On asking the duplicate invoice copy after sending the online payment details to the deler, he stopped respinding my calls.
I am having the proof of purchase as online payment was made but neither company nor dealer is responding pistively to attend the waranty.

I have purchased a 43 inch Hisense TV from reliance digital for the cost of 29900/- on 17 Jan 21. The TV got defective jn the month of Nov 21 and after lots of persuation technician from reliance has attended the defect and nlw he is saying that repair cost of Rs.29000/- needs to be paid staring TV is having physical damahe. However, no pbysical damage is there in the TV. The lics of the same has already been sharwd bh reliance digital as well hisense. However, nil response is being received from reliance digital as well as hisense. Now after sale service is jot being provided to me. Pics of defective TV is attached.

Bajaj finserv charging Rs 250000 interest for Rs 200000 loan amount
I have taken Rs 200000 loan from Bajaj Finserv, and charges 138000 interest on total loan amount. After 3 years they are charging additional 120000 interest saying this loan converted into flexi loan

Car is not delivered on time and doing misbehaving
My accidental car have been standing since 12-July-21 on Hans Honda dealership now almost 50 days is going to complete but still not sure when I'll be getting it back.
Whenever I'm talking with dealership they have answering as misbehaving and some time they have ben pointing to insurance company.
Insurance company have tie-up with dealership and dealership had did the insurance while purchasing car.
I complainant to Honda company as well but still there is no proper response I got yet.
The dealership also have been saying you have to pay extra amount like more than 10k while we will handover the car..
My car insurance is B2B so why should I pay that amount..

Completely damaged and not at all in a good condition.

21st Aug - I was assured by the customer care agent that my replacement will be initiated within the next 24 hours.
22nd Aug - I got to know that no such request for replacement has been raised and I spent almost an hour connecting with customer care AGAIN. My calls were transferred from one agent to the other but no one gave any solution.
On 27th aug 2021 i received a mail stating they have delivered me undamaged product so they wont replace or refund it. How could they know they have delivered undamaged product. Its the customer who opens it and will tell whether its damaged ir not. They have denied to make refund and doing continuous mental harassment.
This kind of behaviour and service is highly unlikely and unexpected from such a reputed brand. I need full refund from. Please help me i am financially poor person. With my hard earnings i purchased this laptop and aa soon as i opened it at the time of delivery, i registered complaint with amazon.

After 13 days my present operator Jio barred my services due to non clearance of my dues with previous operator i.e Airtel.
Since morning, I am chasing Airtel over email and also visited their Store but no one is supporting me and on top of it the store people said you have to make the payment again. This is unnecessary Harrasment for me. I shared all the proofs but still they aren't giving me proper feedback and asked me you have to made payment.

I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against Airtel.

Money not refunded

I booked the flight ticket from travolook.in and they cancelled the booking and the money is also not refunded. I checked online it happened with multiple customers. I want my money please help.

Fraud services sold to me by Elite Matrimony

I had paid Rs 50, 000 to Elite Matrimony based out of Defence colony New Delhi. This is a Matrimony service. They used to send me irrelevant profiles and their female representatives would literary beg me to meet female prospects that I was not interested in. Out of all the meetings, I have met only 1 girl for the second time, because I was never interested in those profiles from the word go. Before signing up they showed me good profiles, which I later found were fake and fraud. They have taken 50, 000 Rupees, have stopped my service. Now they say pay us more, then only we will give you service. I have attached the receipt which says they will give me service till finalization of Roka/Rishta.They are running a scam in the heart of Delhi. I later got to know there are a lot of bad reviews about them on Google itself.

Delay in delivery even after 122 days of booking
Dear sir I have booked Hyundai Creta SX petrol vide reference no
ORD[protected] but on inquiry for the delivery of vehicle Show room said that the model is not available and it will take more time Can I be confirmed that after my booking the required vehicles of said model not delivered or is there any other reason of delay . Further I have availed cor loan for same model which will cause me the inconvenience.

Google adverb and website creation fraud

Dear Team,
I Dealt with one Person Mr. Ketan Kumar ([protected], [protected]) who I have spoken for google adverb job and wesite creation job for my company Puritanz. www.puritanz.in. He told his company name Marketing Concept and asked me to pay 16000/- for both services.
4500 for website
10000 for google adverb job for one month
1500 for service
I made the Payment through NEFT and IMPS from my account to his account . He only created website and haven't provided me other services. He said he has activated google adverbs for one week so but I could not receive any calls or lead and I could not find when I tried to google puritanz. I asked him to share adverb account detail. He simply denied. then I asked him to refund my amount balance. He has not been doing so for last 3 months.
Please help I have shared below his details
