Akosha.com — DTDC did not deliver the parcel and no action was taken to resolve

Hi team,

I ordered two dupattas from nellore worth 3k around and the seller couriered it on 20th april 2017 and mentioned as delivered on 21st april 2017, 17:35 pm. The courier boy did not come to our home and handover to us. Also the receiver details shows it was with my name and telephone number. When i asked for the proof they did not show that document. I raised a complaint and also spoke to many people from dtdc services but no proper response. When they reply to their mail they create one more case but no use.

Please do the needful asap
