My self shivkumar had purchased a
Haier washing Full automatic machine
On date 20/3/2021 from Eplanet Main road new kondli delhi, due to lockdown
Last year, first of i got late delivery of my product, no problem about this matter because it's pandemic situation,
But now last one half month ( 14 December 21) till, now I had lodged a complaint at Haier company' mail nd wtsup service, about not working machine for last month till two technician had visited at my home
Nd replace a part (PCB) two times
But after replacing part not work,
Before visited Technician I had made
Many efforts to visit at my home address then they visited at my home,
Now my main concern till now my washing machine same condition nd had same problem persist, now nobody
Response me .nd nobody responded my complaint, I wan to surrender this
Product, want replace new product because this machine had company fault not working from day one.
Nd Haier company service totally
Very bad nd harrase customer, uneducated nd un professional staff
They don't communicate good manners.
Pls do justice for me, can imagine how terrible to washing clothes by Hand at
Winter seasons,
Pls do needful
