I was looking at fully furnished accommodation for myself. I came across homigo and went by their apartment[protected] in hsr layout called homigo marko. Initially they showed me a flat that i completely loved. The same day, i paid an advance of 10, 000 inr. Later they called me up to tell i should go back to the property and choose a flat. The next day, i went around around 9pm to only find nobody in the entire building. No security either. The streets had no light and honestly as a single woman i felt very unsafe to even stand outside. The security came in 15 minutes later and showed me the flats. I was shocked to realize that none of the flats other than the one that was shown to me had grills in the window. There are no cctvs in the building either. I got in touch with the sales manager who spoke to me disrespectfully and told me i am overthinking. They are completely business minded and are not concerned about a woman's safety. I have sent 4 e-mails and haven't received a single response. I want a refund for this.
