Sir i had purchased a membership from this company. There offer was to give free stay in hotels after giving a certain amount. But after giving only 1 night stay they don't pick my call. I had purchased 7 memberships at a time. Please help me. Whenever i call for a stay in hotel, first of all no body picks the phone and if by chance phone is answered they will tell that the concerned person is not available. My mobile was taken on Monday eve at 4:30 PM and was said to be repaired in 2 days. As it's gone past by the deadline, I don't have any update from the company. and when called to customer care, always in queue. need an update urgently. It's been trying to contact to their support but in queue. I need it before tomorrow 28th Oct before 4:00PM
