I have booked an himachal tour with them however services offered by them is not as commited. We have faced an service issues from day one of the tour however we have documented entire issues as and when arise. We have not hold the payment till date. Now travel agent is threatening stating to release the payment else they will stop the trip. Need your support as we have all the mail chain which support our statement.
