Kindly register my complaint mentioned below -
Leena mogre gym was closed in the mid jan 2017 without giving any prior notice or intimation to its current gym members. They were just shut & had kept the security guard to collect the forms filled by the members for refund which they mentioned we will receive in 1 month. Its being 8 months now & still i haven’t received my refund for 6 months. I have being following up after every 10-15 days but there is still delay from their part. When we enroll for membership for gym they take the full years payment prior to joining the gym & now i have being chasing them for 8 months still they are least bothered & the response is “ you are in the next list to receive refund“ i have being hearing this from them for past 3 months. Totally unprofessional from leena mogre gym owners. Not sure what is the delay..? They did not mention this to the clients while joining that incase the gym is shut down we will have to wait for 8-10 months to receive out refund amounts & now they talk about procedures & rules. Was it professional from them just to close overnight without any prior intimation & delaying clients money for months now & instead of repeated reminder from our side still the delay. Infact they should have being sending us messages that our money will be refunded on so & so date. There should be strict action taken against them as they are liable to pay the refund to the clinets at the earliest & they show the courtesy to alteast refund the clients money on time.
