I am registered complaint in your website on 20.09.18. but i have not received any response. i have send 2 reminders.

As per the complaint of 20.09.18. in our house ac caught fire before 5 to 6 days, i can report to company for this accident, but they refuse the case not taken any positive action.Company allow the discount rate for purchase the new AC.

Please help me the same and do the needful.
