I was working in xcybernatics technologies, c-203, plumaria, rohtash, vibhuti khand gomti nagar lucknow-226010 since 21 june 2017 to 11 november 2017. Employer paid me for jun (10 days) july complete. Since aug - 11 november 2017, i was supposed to be paid rs. 50000 (@ 15000/- per month). He only transferred rs. 20000 in my account through neft and denying for remaining,. His company is a subsidiary of cdl (Chandel dreams limited). Though, no issues are with cdl as the same was registered from sep 2017 but mr. Awnish kumar dubey, director of xcybernetcis technologies is liable to pay not only to me but to four employees.
