A New wooden Cot and Metal Bero transported from Kumbakonam to Chennai on Nov 08, 2021 by AKR Express pvt ltd. Condition of Bero is damaged. Its Rear legs and back frame has been collapsed. I informed to the respective parcel agent regarding this damage. But they are not taking the responsibility and while trying to reach customer care, they are not attending the call. Request you to consider this issue and take action. I am sharing Bill details.
