During the booking of my two-wheeler parcel, AKR Express agent Mr. Srinivas behaved arrogantly and rudely. He collected ₹400 as vehicle packing charges but failed to provide a bill. Upon receiving my shipment, I discovered severe damage to the front shield and a broken mirror. Additionally, there was no petrol in the tank, despite my prior refill. When I contacted him about the damage, Mr. Srinivas dismissively stated that transit damage is expected, using inappropriate language. Hiring such an individual could harm the organization's reputation."

We had booked a door delivery consignment from Bangalore to Perumbavoor. At the time we get the products, the agent tells us that we can only pay the carriage charges by cash or to his personal bank account. Is it possible or not to transfer funds to AKR Express's account?
Also, there are no details about GST or RCM in the receipt when compared to VRL and KRS. RCM is applicable on the basis of the booking area or receiving area, which are not specified in the receipt. i.e., RCM is applicable as IGST 5% or CGST and SGST 2.5% each.

Please find attached image of my machine condition.

My sewing machine completely damaged and broken into 7 pieces during transportation.i can't use this further.

This broken details know by both booking and receiving agent, manager also and agreed issue happen by transport employee only.
I lost around Rs 4500.

We are earning very small amount money from this machine only, currently it's affected by above issue.

So please understand my problem and refund my money back for buy new sewing machine complete table.

I have booked one parcel from Tirunelveli Palayankottai to Chennai Anna nagar.They said they will deliver one day after, but they delivered after 4 days.They handled so roughly that the things inside the parcel was damaged.Tiis is first and last time I am sending parcel in akr.I never suggest this service to my friends and family.t693734is ny lr no.

Regarding this, we have inquired about the rates with the Coimbatore main office and the Singanallur branch.
As per our rates from Coimbatore to Andipatti will be around Rs.7900/-. Due to the occupying more space of your goods in our container vehicle, the rate calculated by them was on the basis of volumetric weight i.e Length x Height x Breadth.
The Andipatti branch told the weight orally on the actual weight basis based on your words.

A New wooden Cot and Metal Bero transported from Kumbakonam to Chennai on Nov 08, 2021 by AKR Express pvt ltd. Condition of Bero is damaged. Its Rear legs and back frame has been collapsed. I informed to the respective parcel agent regarding this damage. But they are not taking the responsibility and while trying to reach customer care, they are not attending the call. Request you to consider this issue and take action. I am sharing Bill details.

I booked a parcel to Digital Age Retail Pvt. Ltd Warehouse address: Survey no 80/6, Chokkahalli Village, Shiddlagata Main Road, Hoskote, Taluk, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA on 20.11.21. parcel no Q928194. The parcel is yet to be delivered. When contacted the delivery person, he informed that there is no such warehouse in that area. The location is clearly seen in Google maps named as "first cry warehouse" in chokkahalli village. As a delivery person he should have known all the address under his area and not seek any information from the booking end. Direct the delivery person to effect delivery immediately.
