Akshaya Center — not received updated aadhaar card

I have given my aadhaar card for correction in november 2017 at akshaya center located at kakkanad near private bus stand. When i checked the aadhaar update status in the official website, could see that my details are updated. But didn't received my original copy of aadhaar. So i have approached the same akshaya center where i have given for update. Without being asked for my details, they told that aadhaar is under control of central government and they don't know anything about it. They replied like sometimes you won't get your updated aadhaar itself. I asked them how can i know the status and their behavior was really bad. Please take action against such akshaya centers. The authorized persons either should educated them how to behave to customers or please close such centers.

Later i got correct details from other akshaya centers to track aadhaar status.
