I applied for my Aadhaar card on 15 Oct 2024 at a post office. After 3 form rejections and proper document verification, I waited 6 months. No Aadhaar card was delivered. After multiple ignored complaints and being told to wait 180 days, I finally received a call in May 2025 asking me to reverify my documents again. Aadhaar was finally generated on 21 May 2025 — but it had serious errors:

- Only the year of birth is mentioned, no date or month.

- My name is written as LastName FirstName MiddleName instead of the correct format FirstName MiddleName LastName which matches my PAN and legal records.

Despite raising multiple service requests via phone and email (with screenshots and explanations), UIDAI kept closing my tickets without fixing the problems. I was even told to pay Rs. 50 and apply for changes online — which is absurd, because these errors were made by UIDAI themselves during data entry.

This has delayed legal processes, banking tasks, and ID linking. I request UIDAI to take responsibility, correct the data without charging me, and confirm in writing.

I am also posting this publicly because email and official channels have failed me repeatedly.

I have sumbited rs 50 to order my pvc adhaar card but still it is showing payment in process i submited the amount on 12 april 2025

I applied for my son's aadhaar card on[protected] with following details.
Enrollment Number - [protected]
As of today, the status is "Your Aadhaar enrolment request is under process. Please check again after a few days."
This is unacceptable. I do not understand why is this not generated even after it has been 105 days since the application.
Please process this as soon as possible....

Regarding SRN no. 'S[protected]', while checking status it shows completed but Aadhar not updated, that's why I raised complaint with Aadhar, i got resolution against complaint that my request is rejected without any specific reason. Even customer team is unable to specify specific reason.
If there issue in uploaded document, then why verification & validation stage is passed. UIDAI is just collecting money from resident for Aadhar updation.

Srn S[protected] has been awaiting validation since 09feb24. Request Kindly hasten the process please. It's the second time the SRN is raised.

My document upload activity on myaadhar is still in verification for last 8 months. I raised a ticket (complaint) which is not being resolved for last 8 months.

I am sure some third-class indian company like TCS or Infosys must have designed the myaadhar site.

There's no accountability.
I have no hopes that this will be ever resolved.

I uploaded my POA & POI for 10 year Aadhar update KYC in May-2023.
It's nearly 8 months gone on myaadhar website and it is still stuck at validation. UIDAI is unable to terminate that request so that I can raise another one. At this stage I can not raise another request as it says previous is in progress.

I have raised several complaints but none have been resolved. Calling 1947 is useless.

Whenever I check the status of SRN using Myaadhar website, it always errors out.

We could not complete the request due to temporary errors in accessing our backend services.

UIDAI does not accept this as an issue with their website,
they ask me to change browser clear cache etc which does not help at all.
Please fix this issue on priority.

The Aadhar upload documents and address update online is an unreliable system.

1. Request is in validation stage for several days even as high as 30 - 40 days
2. When request gets rejected, the status remains Validation stage only
3. As a result another request can not be placed online
4. You must go to enrolment center
5. Thereafter you cannot send another request online. You are stuck forever...

My mother is very old aged and can not step out of the house now.
However there's no provision of home visit for Aadhar update for elderly people.

They are forced to go to the center only.
I called 1947 but all they told me is to take her to the center which is not possible now.

I am sandip more, i applied for my wife adhar card (pvc) on 6th oct 2023. But still my card is delivered to me.( Notice told that your card will delivered after 5-6 working days after applying) today it's 12th day I am waiting for my card.( On site it's showing in printing work in progress) I don't know why my card is getting late to delivered. I'll shared my acknowledge with this massage.

Paid two times for PVC Aadhaar card but not dispatching. Only showing "Print in Process" for many weeks.

But so far, neither it has been approved nor rejected.

I am fed up chasing aadhar team on #1947 but not solution.

For last several days I am trying to access myaadhar uidai website.
The initial login screen is displayed. I enter my details and OTP.
Thereafter it tries to connect to tathya uidai wesbite and fails

The login attempts go on for 5 minutes and then the site hangs
Sometimes it just says backend error.
This site is poorly designed
Please fix the issues on priority....

I have paid payment successfully of Rs. 50/- for Order Aadhar PVC Card on dated 21/03/2023. But after 25 days still status is "PRINTING IN PROCESS" on UIDAI website. As per the rules it must be printed in only 5 working days.
