Akshaya Centre — More time taken than usual, I spent 3 full days for submit one request

They where not properly done their job, they always tooks more time than usually. Here I'm try to apply for land conversation request. Behavior also unsatisfied. Moreover, they misleading people with false information and make the process more complicated.
