Unfortunately, it consistently delivers one of the most disappointing experiences among Akshaya Centers in the region. I am an expatriate and have applied for aadhar card on 14th August 2023. Last year I had to come on an emergency leave to take aadhar card. It has been 6 months now, and I have not received any update regarding this.
Yesterday, I went to ask about the card and it showed still under process. The staff who attended me did not even bother to answer my concern. At first they said they have no idea why the process is being delayed and after...

Went to make central health card but the person here is taking much time and ahe says that the site is down. Waited here for more than an hr . Health id. The name of the centre is registered as is KZ 096

The person in charge of akshaya therthally kannur district is very irresponsible and people are facing many difficulties...many people call and he never attend any calls...any computer repair or accessories issues not attended or no proper response. Tickets booked for different dates and time for people it's very irritating and difficult...so public is going to the next near by akshaya centre or other private offices. Please terminate this man in charge of therthally akshaya and appoint someone who can do some service to the public

They where not properly done their job, they always tooks more time than usually. Here I'm try to apply for land conversation request. Behavior also unsatisfied. Moreover, they misleading people with false information and make the process more complicated.

Sir today me with my son visited to the akshaya centre at old post office junction, karakulam for the renewal of mmy sons adar. I reached there at 12 pm and they informed us to wait their after writing name and ph in their seniority register. Alot of people were waiting there. Iam waited till 5 pm. Afther that the staff informed me that come tomorrow, today the time is over. I wait 5 hours there, but they did not informed us early that today it s not possible. Like me many other people return back with out doing their work. We all wasted our time their. So i approach to the co ordinator and ask him that if that work should not possible then why should they inform as earlier. He replied me that they have no right to inform us. I think this is going as a regular procedure in that akshaya centre that first they informed the costomer to wait and after the functioning time before doing the favour. Kindly enquire this usual procedure of this centre...

I have applied for my eligibility certificate of NMC . But the one who uploaded wrote complete mistake on the online submission. She corrected the mark list completely nonsense. The operator was not there in the center. She went for her personal thing during work time and give her responsibility to her elder girl, who is a student, which is not eligible to work in a center. Due this nonsense I got rejected by the application.
And also their way of communicating was disgusting.

I came to akshaya center manacaud on 25/10/2020 morng 12.20 for a certificate.Dey let me wait till 4.30pm.Now also waiting .They are allowing onky adhar card work and showing favourism.My with my father(seniir citizeb( who is a cancer patient on treatment now.we explaunef our situation.and till not hearing and giving special token to known people.
This s a pandemic sitation.making wait for such a long period for a cancer patient it not good.
We you dnt rake proper action we will file court complaint.

This is to be informed that I faced very bad experience from Akshaya centre Purangu Pallipadi
I went to take Aadhar card for my son he is about to 3 years age and he is not allowing to take AADHAR card. He is telling as per government new rule not allow to take Aadhar card below 5 years .
I don’t think this acceptable,
Kindly take necessary action against Akshaya purangu branch

Dear sir/madam,

I had applied for a community certificate in Akshaya for an urgent need .. I applied on Saturday. The next day, (10/08/2021)
a message came saying that the certificate had been issued .. But the staff of Akshaya had not given me the certificate yet .. So my need has not been fulfilled .. i haven't received the certificate for seven days. .. they do not open offices here regularly, tried a lot of times on the phone but it doesn't work. Please find a solution for this. Kindly do the needful to take the action against the irresponsible staff of akshaya.

Sir,
The Akshaya Centre at Thalayad, Unnikulam, Calicut, Kerala -673574 charged excess amount (110) than the government determined rate (25+25) for the application of income and non- creamy layer certificate.

On 26.03.2021, I visited kaduvathodu Akshaya centre situated at pattazhy, Kollam for scanning my answer sheet for my online University exam at 01:00PM but they are simply talking and playing while in the scanning process and make error several times. Time limit for my exam - 1:40. They not fininshed the scanning within the time limit and loss my exam for their irresponsible. Kindly take necessary action to avoid the same in future .

Now time 3'O clock still not open

On Mar 15, 2021 I went to an Akshaya Centre in AR Junction, Mavelikara. Last week as well I visited this center with the "thandapper number and other details" of a plot for which I need to pay the tax. Last week the staff (her name is Veena), told me that this has not been online, and only after making it online I will be able to pay the tax online. She said she submitted the request when I went there last week and asked me to check back after 2 days. Today, it is almost a week and when I asked her to pay the tax, she said the online submission has not yet been made for this. I asked her what she did last week then, and she said she doesn't remember and she handles thousands of people everyday. When I called her "ningal" which in my view is showing respect, she told I need to call her Madam or her name. Her name is not even displayed anywhere. I don't know with these arrogant people, how can Akshaya centers function properly.

Some people, working in akshaya they want to take easy works only. They didn't take any tocken number. Some work very hard that time they ignore from the work and saying for wait. Much more time all people are waiting because its our need. But they have no helping mentality. They think they are the high authority. It's too difficult for such a person, they are illiterate, senior citizens and working people.

I got my aadhar card(pvc) today and paid for that is 100 rupees. I have already paid 50 rupees for the biometric updation earlier. This is not the first time that they taking high fee for such services. So please take an action.

3 hour waiting with children this akshaya centre thumpodu madavoor, no response.

Am a student studying at 10th standard. A few days ago I went to the Akshaya centre. There, I wait more than 4 hours for their service. They do very partiality. They considered their relatives first and others are waiting. Like these 3-4 days, I went to the Akshaya centre and wait for a long time.

Akshaya centre valakom, kollam, kerala is charging 50rs for new aadhar enrollment service.

I came to akshaya centere at Kulathoor junction, and i took token for me. They call my token number and when i approch them they told me to wait again. Then they talk with their friends from outside, after that they call another women just came that time and starded to deal with their papers. Then why they keep that token machine their? Very irresponsible behaviour from the staff.

They submit incorrect village office in th field of non remarriage certificate application form.and advice me to visit vo. After resubmition and visit I lost a lot of money for travel, food etc.atlast I understand they applied incorrect village.

Akshaya center near pariyaram panchayat (Thrissur dist, athirappilly route). I approach akshaya centre for flood form submission. On the 1st day10/01/2020) they told me they have lunch break of 1 pm - 2pm.. And also told me they open at 8 am so i came akshaya centre day after tomorrow (13/01/2020) at 8.15 am.. They came on 8.45 am and told me we start only 9.30 am.. Why they misbehave?? We receive their service by paying fee not for fee so...

The complaint is about the akshaya center in pala situated opposite civil station. I came there for updating mobile number in adhar. However the person who takes biometrics information is too slow and he is giving more importance to some other things. I have waited there almost 5 hours to get its updated, but the sadest thing is that he takes almost 1 hour to update a persons biometrics because of his irresponsibility. And he gets interacted to other people who cames there to seek informations so that he couldn't even consider the person sitting his front for taking biometrics. It would be better if you could replace other person for handling biometrics information only. Because time is precious for everyone

We approached akshaya centre Padaparmba- Malappuram for enrolling aadhaar to my two childs by 12 PM, and the staffs asked us to wait until 3:30 PM to complete their midday break and I complained the concerned person who is in charge of enrolling aadhaar and he adviced that he cant help and he shouted and behaved harshly.we waited for two and half ours there and left the place. I think its governments policy to enroll aadhaar to every citizen of india, but this type of institutions and enrolling agents put us backward to do the same. So please take necessary action against them.

I wanted to urgently update my mobile number on my adhaar card amd hence visited akshaya centre in perinthalmanna (Housing colony & calicut-ooty by pass road) to avail the services. It’s a shame that both the service centres did not have the particular staff who is capable o[censored]pdating the mobile number. Since this cannot be done online, the only method is to approach the help of akshaya centres. Request you to either train other staffs or have a substitute in case the sole person who knows the process is on leave. Understand if it was one of an instance but visited both the centres and the staffs were off duty. Please note that this was at 3 pm on a wednesday!

The employers in the akshaya centre can't have enough knowledge and education. They can't know how to behave to the people. They can't have good character. They treat people like beggars. The main intention of akshaya centre is to provide internet service to background people. It can't work in akshaya centre of kannankarajn pathanamthitta. I kindly inform the superior to take correct action towards this bad behaviour

Erumely akshaya center provides the worst service ever. They are not ready to hear the complaints and make people wait for long hours. I had a correction in my adhaar card and visited akshaya center regarding the same for more than 5 times. They made me wait for hours and told they cant accept the application and ask me to come the next day. Please take necessary action against them.

We visited the akshaya centre at pengattiri, nellaya and they had charged a high rate for a simple black and white a4 print. It was a death certificate copy and hardly it costs rs.5 with all its expenses and they're charged rs.30.
All other customers having a the same complaint against this akshaya centre (P 177) and most of they aren't educated to complaint against their exploitation.
