Recently I ordered Samsung 301 L frost free double door 3 star convertible refrigerator in refined inox color through FLIPKART from Akshnav online.
The new refrigerator had a deep dent on it which was clearly visible. I spoke to the Flipkart customer care & initiated replacement of the refrigerator. The delivery executive opened the item & found the same to be defective again & cancelled the delivery. When I contacted customer care, he initiated a replacement again.
I made a video of opening the item & no surprise, it was defective again. I contacted the customer care executive at the instant moment & she asked me to accept the replacement & she would create a return for the item from her end. After a huge discussion, I agreed on the same as I had no other option left.
Since the day of accepting the delivery of the defective replacement of the refrigerator, I have been contacting the customer support over & over again but every time they give me some sort of excuse like we're having a different team that handles this & you'd get a call from the team in 24 hours or 48 hours but no call from any team received yet.
Every time a complaint is raised in the app, it gets resolved without any actual solution. To my surprise, now I don't even get an option to get in touch with the customer support over call. Now I'm asked to connect to the customer care over chat that gets resolved immediately without any conversation & redirects me to the 'my orders' section.
I've been a regular customer of Flipkart since a long time & I've purchased most of the electronic items from Flipkart but that's the end of it now & further I would not shop anything from Flipkart.
