Purchased a 322 L Samsung fridge on Flipkart, the seller delivered an incorrect model (256L Samsung fridge) so I immediately spoke with Flipkart to process a replacement. The seller denied a replacement, so I was assured the fridge would be picked up and a refund processed.
Few days later the seller sent his vehicle to take back the fridge but denied the same to Flipkart. I have CCTV footage in the apartment and entry/exit records of the executives who came to take back the fridge.
After 2 weeks of daily calls and complaints to Flipkart, they are saying they have investigated and will not process my refund as the seller is denying the return was done.
I have reopen the case with Flipkart stating I have video and documented proof of the fridge leaving my apartment complex.
This is blatant daylight robbery done by this fraud seller who deserves to be behind bars for such a straightforward crime.
