I ordered a refrigerator through Flipkart. The delivery person arrived at my home and stated that two people would be required to move the refrigerator inside; he then left, saying the item would be delivered later in the evening. In the evening, I received a message from Flipkart stating that I had cancelled my order and that a refund process had been initiated—but for an amount less than what I had actually paid. Approximately 250 rupees have been deducted from the total amount I paid. Flipkart should take action against this seller and ensure that the full amount I paid is refunded to me.
