[Resolved] Akt Enterprise — akt enterprise captcha job scam / fraud company | |||
My name is allan dcosta and i am from goa. Last week on 24.1.2020 i took a job from akt enterprise. The job is about typing captchas. They insisted that i have to type 7000 captchas in 7days with 90percent accuracy or else i have to pay them 5200rs. I also got a contract telling the same. I have send picture of myself and a picture of my signature (I did not manually sign any contract). They assured me that the work will be very easy and they have more than 6000customers doing this work and none of them have failed. But that was definitely not the case. The job was impossible to complete because there was many technical errors with the app which prevent anyone from completing the job like we could not tell the difference between i, l and | (Slash), and many other errors like unable to login etc. They also provided a complain department phone number but when i call them they are either busy or switched off or if someone picks they say we don't know anything about this problem. Obviously i could not complete the job and now they are blackmailing me. Unfortunately i have already paid 5200 rs as written in fake contract and now they are blackmailing to pay 10500rs or 8500rs or else they will file a case against me. I have been such a fool to pay them 5200rs. They are constantly blackmailing me and i am scared now. I have also searched online about these jobs and akt enterprise and found out that this company is fraud as i saw many complaints against this company. Please help me to escape from this trap and retrieve my money. I am mentally exhausted from their blackmailing. Feb 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received an email earlier today from [email protected] saying that consumer complaints company has settled everything and that AKT Enterprise wont send me anymore messages and phone calls and wont force me to pay anymore money as I have already paid them and all is settled. The main department of consumer complaints has solved everything by speaking with the company and the case is settled. The phone call was made to me from this number 6356093916 by a woman named Priya Sharma. she told me to mark this as resolved and give feedback. so thanks to resolving my problem with AKT Enterprise. | |||
