Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Jayesh Sharma.
Last week i took a job from akt enterprise. The job is about typing captchas. They insisted that i have to type 7000 captchas in 7days with 90percent accuracy or else i have to pay them 5100rs. I also got a contract telling the same. I have send picture of myself and a picture of my signature (I did not manually sign any contract). They assured me that the work will be very easy and they have more than 6000customers doing this work and none of them have failed. But that was definitely not the case. The job was impossible to complete because there was many technical errors with the app like each and every time it did not accept special characters like +, &, /, |, this type of symbols and the reports generated by them are totally different from what we've entered during typing, which prevent anyone from completing the job like we could not tell the difference between i, l and | (Slash), and many other errors like unable to login etc. They also provided a complain department phone number but when i call them they are either busy or switched off or if someone picks they say we don't know anything about this problem I've also requested them many times to resolve the app problem. Obviously I've uninstall the app and stopped doing/completing the job in between with there inappropriate app., and now they are blackmailing me. Now they are forcing me to pay 5100 rs or else they will file a case against me. I have been such a fool that I agreed to that work. They are constantly blackmailing me and i am scared now. I have also searched online about these jobs and akt enterprise and found out that this company is fraud as i saw a complaint against this company and also that it got resolved here. Please help me to escape from this trap and I can't pay them. I am mentally exhausted from their blackmailing.
