Aktu — Degree/ marksheet option is not available

Hi,

My degree/marksheet option is not visible/available in student dashboard. My division is already awarded in 2020 but still degree option is not available. I tried to call students grievance help desk but the number is always busy. I need my degree urgently for a job, so please help me to get my degree as soon as possible.
