Aktu Lucknow — mba 1st year marksheet not received.

I am studying in the final year of mba from mit moradabad roll no [protected] enrollment no.[protected].
I requested for my mba 1st year marksheet and made payment of rs300/- on 19th dec 2018 on aktu website online. But it's about 2months and i haven't received it. I tried tracking it down through erp dashboard track your marksheet option but with no success. I mailed coe ([protected]@aktu.ac.in) and deputy registrar ([protected]@aktu.ac.in) but haven't received any response till now. I also called at aktu student grievance helpdesk no. [protected] but they don't take calls.
