The delivery person is demanding and says it is mandatery to pay him extra for delivering the cylinder. When said it is already included in the cash bill for the cyslinder he refuses to to accept and shouting at ladies. Is it mandatery to pay such at the time of delivery. He demands from Rs.30 to 50/.
